The primary aim of headlamps is to provide high luminous efficacy and light quality with the lowest possible energy consumption. Many spotlights promise to live up to this claim. However, they often do not keep this promise because they rely on cheap LED chips and heat dissipation is neglected. The consequences are low light quality, shortened life of the LED chip and inefficiency due to high reflection losses.

This technology enables a significantly improved thermal efficiency, as the heat development of individual LEDs can be controlled much more easily. On the other hand, it enables light to be distributed in the desired characteristic in an optimised way according to requirements - without reflection losses.
In addition to high corrosion resistance and tightness, the SETO STAR LINE also has an excellent lumen/kg ratio. This is made possible by a highly efficient aluminum cooling design and the latest generation of high-power LEDs.
